Studies & Evaluations

J. Terry & Associates, Inc. conducts benchmark studies and assesses emerging technologies to be used in facilitating programmatic goals (e.g., manpower studies and modeling, and business process reengineering studies). We also enhance the assimilation of information via Computer Based Training (CBT) modules. Our benchmark study methodology synthesizes both quantitative and qualitative research using anecdotal and empirical data to produce a holistic report that indicates areas in need of improvement in an organization.

Logistics & Supply Chain Services

Our understanding of acquisitions, supply chain, and life cycle management has led to successful delivery of Manpower and Training Analyses (MPTAs) and Manpower Training Plans (MPTPs) — a requirement for transition between the Pre-Systems and Systems phases of the acquisition timeline. To support Lifecycle Management, J. Terry & Associates, Inc. utilizes an integrated Program Management process designed to optimize system readiness and meet performance goals. J Terry & Associates, Inc. has applied supply chain and lifecycle management expertise to reengineer business process to improve the logistical support of organizations. 

Information Technology (IT)

J. Terry & Associates, Inc. has IT analysts that have expertise in developing electronic tools and providing e-business solutions to improve processes and facilitate the daily operations of businesses.  Specialties include database, server, and SharePoint creation and management as well as information assurance. We have built systems supporting user communities in excess of 50,000 users. We have also secured network systems with our information assurance/cyber capabilities.  Most importantly, J. Terry & Associates, Inc. uses IT as an enhancement tool for studies, logistics, and human capital management.

Human Resources/Human Capital Management (HCM)

J. Terry & Associates, Inc. has talented HR analysts who are knowledgeable about the current best practices of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and have experience in providing HR/HRCM support for military, federal, and private sectors. Additionally, our HR analysts are educators with experience in developing curriculum and teaching HR courses, as well as consulting with employees to create employee training and policy manuals. Our analysts' training, education, and experience in developing human capital strategy for the Department of Defense and the Marine Corps resulted in more efficient and effective processes, procedures, and personnel.
